Finalmouse, a company specializing in the production of peripherals for PCs, presented an unusual keyboard. A feature of the new model was the presence of an integrated video card.

The Centerpiece keyboard has got transparent keys through which the LCD display with interactive live wallpapers shines through. You can change them or develop your own using a specialized utility, which will soon appear on the Steam digital distribution platform. It is known that through this application, users will be able to sell their skins. The functioning of the interactive LCD panel will be carried out due to the presence of a central processor and a video card in the case. This solution will allow you not to load the computer with unnecessary operations.

The specifications of the display have not been released, but it is known that it is designed with gaming keyboards in mind. So the screen can withstand heavy loads. The body of the Centerpiece is aluminum, and the decorative element in the form of an ornament is made using a CNC machine.

The company does not say what the keys themselves are made of, but Finalmouse said that the switches were developed based on Ink Black linear switches in collaboration with Gateron. The switches are lubricated and their sound is like "soft marble raindrops". The start of sales of the device is scheduled for early next year, the cost will be $349.
