Google Pixel Watch rumored to have outdated processor
The Pixel Watch was announced at the recent I/O event. Not all users appreciated the design of the gadget, but this may not be such a big problem compared to the processor.

Google Pixel Watch rumored to have outdated processor

According to the portal 9to5Google, the first smartwatch from Google will get the Exynos 9110 chipset, which was introduced already in 2018. This chip is built on a 10-nanometer process technology and has two Cortex-A53 cores. According to the characteristics, this processor looks weaker than the Exynos W920, which is used in Samsung's Galaxy Watch 4.

Prior to this, Google stated that the power of the Snapdragon Wear 4100+ chipset (which is an analogue of the Exynos 9110) may not be enough for optimal operation of the Wear OS 3 operating system. On the other hand, the company has always been famous for its ability to squeeze maximum performance out of the processor, so the first smartwatch Google will be able to compete with competitors in terms of autonomy and speed.
