At the end of testing in Geekbench 5, the 8000 Max chip was able to score 927 and 3793 points in single and multi-threaded modes, respectively. Snapdragon 870 scored 1028 and 3391 points in similar disciplines, which means that when using all the cores of the central processor, the 8000 Max outperformed the opponent.

The chipset from MediaTek is built on TSMC's 5nm process technology. Its architecture consists of four high-performance Cortex-A78 cores (2.75 GHz) and four energy-efficient Cortex-A55 cores. In addition, the platform has an ARM Mali-610 GPU and an auxiliary MediaTek 580 processor responsible for artificial intelligence-based computing. The first device with this chip should be the OPPO K10.
