AMD to share some Zen4 architecture info at CES 2022
AMD Chief Technology Officer Mark Papermaster said that at CES 2022, the manufacturer will release some information about the Zen4 architecture. The main focus of attention will be directed to the modernized Zen3 with 3D V-Cache.

It is assumed that on January 4 next year, the company will present new models of mobile Ryzen 6000 chipsets, processors based on the Zen3 architecture with 3D V-Cache cache and ultra-high-performance chips of the Threadripper Pro 5000 line.

In addition, analysts expect Zen4-based products to arrive no earlier than Q3 next year. But the company will share a small part of the information about this architecture at the upcoming event. The gradual unfolding of Zen4's capabilities is scheduled for next year.

Earlier rumors said that the Ryzen 7000 Raphael-H series solutions will acquire Zen4 technology and up to sixteen computing cores. At the same time, the chipsets of this series will appear in both mobile and desktop versions. These chips will support DDR5 RAM and PCle Gen5 interface. It is also known that Raphael will be equipped with an embedded GPU based on RDNA2. According to available information, a full presentation of the new architecture and related commercial solutions will take place at the Computex 2022 event.
