Microsoft has shown a productive Surface Pro 8 tablet with improved hardware and a budget model Surface Go 3.

Surface Pro 8 has a 13" PixelSense screen with thin bezels. The display features support for 120Hz refresh rates and changes the color palette depending on the lighting.

The eleventh generation Intel Core chip is responsible for the performance of the device. According to the developers, the model has an increase of 43% and 75% in terms of CPU and GPU, respectively, in comparison with the previous models of the line. Also, the tablet for the first time in the history of the line was equipped with USB Type-C ports with a Thunderbolt 4 interface.

The keyboard case has been improved for the device, and the Surface Slim Pen 2 stylus has also been developed for it. It has a vibration motor and a flat shape, which should create the feeling of drawing like on real paper. The autonomy of the tablet is about 16 hours.



The budget Surface Go 3 has a 10th generation Intel chip on board. Thanks to this, productivity has increased by 60% compared to the previous model. The screen diagonal remains the same - 10.5". The tablet is installed with Windows 11, it also has support for quick authorization through the Windows Hello facial recognition system.



The Surface Pro 8 will be available for $1100, while the Surface Go 3 will cost around $400.
