On August 26, the announcement of the flagship laptop models from Xiaomi took place. The Mi NoteBook Pro and Mi NoteBook Ultra devices have been featured on the social media page of Manu Kumar Jaina, managing director and global vice president of the Xiaomi India brand.

The Ultra model received an aluminum alloy case, a 15.6 "90-hertz screen with an IPS-matrix and a resolution of 3200 × 2000 pixels and an aspect ratio of 16:10. On board the device, depending on the version, there will be fresh Intel Tiger Lake H chips on the eleventh generation (Core i5-11300H or i7-11300H) with GPU Iris Xe.8 or 16GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM and 512GB NVMe SSD.The laptop battery is rated at 70 Wh, it supports fast charging at 65 W via USB-C interface.

The Pro version is generally similar to the previous one: one of the important differences is a reduced 60-Hz screen by 14 "with a resolution of 2560 × 1600 pixels. The processor, RAM and permanent memory, as well as its battery, have similar characteristics.

Both models are equipped with identical connectors: Thunderbolt 4, the aforementioned USB-C with power delivery, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A and 2.0 Type-A ports, HDMI 1.4, 3.5mm audio jack. Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 will be responsible for wireless communication here. In addition, the laptops will get a built-in 720p webcam, a pair of 2W stereo speakers, support for the Digital Theater System, a fingerprint scanner and a built-in microphone.

Notebooks will get 83-key scissor keystroke with minimum travel, 3-stage backlighting and touchpad with Windows Precision software. Out of the box, the devices will run Windows 10 Home with MS Office Home and Student 2019 version and the option to upgrade to Windows 11 at no additional cost. Depending on the technical specifications, the Ultra model will be priced at $ 860-1040, while the Pro will be at $ 770-980.
